Sinopsis Cinderella’s Stepsister:
Song Eun-jo (Moon Geun Young), yang selama ini tinggal dengan ibunya (dan juga kekasih ibunya), akhirnya mendapat keluarga baru dan rumah setelah ibunya menikah lagi dengan seorang pria kaya yang memiliki sejenis usaha anggur tradisional. Pada awalnya, ia menolak hal itu, dan bahkan mencoba untuk melarikan diri karena trauma akan masa lalunya. Eun-jo yang sinis tidak menerima kasih sayang yang diberikan oleh adik tirinya, Hyo-seon (Seo Woo), dan ayah tirinya, Gu Dae-seong (Kim Gab Soo). Namun, Eun-jo menemukan seorang teman bernama Hong Ki-hoon (Chun Jung-myung), seorang mahasiswa yang bekerja di perusahaan anggur ayah tirinya, yang juga disukai oleh Hyo-seon. Ki-hoon akhirnya meninggalkannya untuk mengurus masalah-masalah pribadi, namun kecemburuan Hyo-seon terhadap Eun-jo menyebabkannya untuk membuat Eun-jo percaya bahwa Ki-hoon telah meninggalkannya. Ketiganya bertemu kembali 8 tahun kemudian dan memulai jalan cerita utama. Han Jeong-woo (Taecyeon), seorang anak yang dianggap oleh Eun-jo sebagai adiknya 8 tahun yang lalu, muncul untuk berada di dekatnya dan melindunginya. Cinta segitiga terbentuk ketika Hyo-seon jatuh cinta pada Ki-hoon, namun Ki-hoon masih mencintai Eun-jo. Perasaan pengkhianatan bergejolak di hati Eun-jo, menciptakan kesalahpahaman dan kesulitan. Namun, kebaikan ayah tiri Eun-jo akhirnya mulai mengubah hidup semua orang.
